Tasty food with generous portions, prompt service, what's not to like?

I heard about Mr English from friends who have been there several times and raved about the generous portions and tasty food. I am so glad I listened to them and went to try it out for myself!

This cafe has excellent food (I had the bagel burger, with chicken strips in BBQ sauce. Also potato wedges with *real* sour cream, and pumpkin soup.) The quality was so good, and the service truly friendly and helpful. The staff even brought over a plastic baby bowl and spoon for my little daughter to use, and.. baby books to amuse her before the meal arrived. Wow.

The highlight of the meal was certainly the Oreo Cheesecake.. real cheesecake and so good, that I would go back for that alone.

The atmosphere is inviting, light jazzy background music, comfortable seats..
can you tell we enjoyed our selves a lot?!
And their prices are so reasonable, I was impressed.

Also, they have some vegetarian options and a variety of coffee and iced drinks.
