I'd say that the DJ who regularly works the rounds here is pretty good, in that he knows what people want to hear. The sound quality is there too, however the below ground level space is lacking. Perhaps it doesn't suit what should be happening. Instead what you find are party people who really don't know where they should be standing or sitting. I've seen the bottom end of the stairway blocked by these party goers who haven't a clue where to go? Can't blame them. They need to work on the Feng Shwei here maybe a little. Of course, look out for drink specials during times when there are suitable reasons to party.

A horrible dark, dank, smelly place which is a fire trap. Tiny dance floor [can it be called that?] in the basement down a narrow flight of steep stairs. I wonder how they got their license? Only one exit. Spitting distance from the Pig & Whistle. Location designed to catch the overflow from the Pig. Not very friendly staff.

If you're looking to step away from the regular hip hop scene of Kaohsiung, head here.
The dance floor is piss-poor as there doesn't really seem to be a cleared off area, however this may be the appeal of it, as everyone in the place is assumed to be jittering...
The bar/door staff are tolerable at best. Keep an eye out for special events.
