Really stylish resturant and bar,An aweome place for parties.

a cool spot for a drink & your lady friend...the food isn't all that flash (i haven't been back for a while, but the last time i was there, i found the pizza & paella to be particularly bad)...it succeeds as a lounge in ktown, but doesn't offer much to the culinary landscape here.

I was saddened when one night my wife and I were hungering for a good burger and went out to pay Mo Java a visit. Sadly, we show up and the building (and what looked like the entire block) was burnt to a crisp in a fire.

Found out later they had moved to Si-Wei road and have since paid a visit once and will definitely return.

Their new location is not far from the old one, but it is easier to park a moped, however car parking is still an issue.

The menu is quite large and while I've heard they have changed owners, most of the food, especially the hamburgers, still taste quite good.

I've not actually been downstairs, especially as I personally hate smoking and hookah pipes are not up my alley.

The restaurant itself on the first floor has plenty of seating and the bar is well stocked.

Definitely pay a visit and try out the burgers and other dishes, they also make quite a good milkshake!

The atmosphere downstairs makes you wish opium smoking was legal. A flavor of Taipei may have found its way down to Kaohsiung. Ideal for a date or a tranquil evening of conversation over the elaborate mixed drinks served.

This place could very well be one of the funkiest places to eat or drink without too much pretension. Recent renovations and changes to the interior only prove once again that whoever is designing the interior is an expert at art decor. The menu lists a variety of western food, the price is alright and even the steak is pretty decent from my experience. Not sure about the comparative cost of drinking here, but unusual is the ability to chuff on a hookah while you sip whatever it is your drinking. So obvious is the range and richness of wines, particularly red. This place has so much internationalism in mind that it would be suited just fine in cities like Singapore or Shanghai. Not bad and not necessarily an expensive place to enjoy eating, drinking and friends.
