I've been eating here since I first got off the boat here some four years ago. It is perhaps the first and last place I'll eat Taiwanese style Japanese Teppanyaki. I've had it at other restaurants and it was either too expensive, not fresh or just not the same. I like it here because it's simple and cheap and the guys behind the counter who fry it up seem friendly enough. For less than NT$200 you can have a soup, bowl of rice, a couple of vegies and at least two meats done fried the Japanese way. Not necessarily healthy but not bad either. Quick and easy, but for the menu be patient and read the English version carefully or be prepared to point. This is a franchise so you'll find another location downtown.
