This is an upscale tobacco and such shop, clearly inspired by the not so recent popular growth in international cigars, cigar making and storage. It's located in the very busy and newly developed pretentious neighbourhood known as Zuo Ying. The target market has got to be defined here, and I wouldn't say that connoisseurs come here for their smoke but rich people and collectors possibly come here for custom made tobacco pipes adorned with stone or precious metals. There is a decent well stocked liquor and tobacco shop near the harbour on Cisian 4th Rd. that has a great selection of said tobaccos plus many more items seemingly crammed in.
