This place works. Definitely a great hang out bar with some pretty good food to. The prices are the best I've seen. I am an occasional beer drinker but this is one place will have a beer or two. The mixed drinks are perfectly mixed with just the right amount of sauce. Bathrooms could use some work but “who cares”. Music is great with a surprise guest showing up every now and again. Get into music or sports trivia debate with the owner and I promise you will be challenged. Just don’t argue politics!
All and all a great place to hang out, listen to music, have an interesting conversation, and get your drink on!

What more can you ask for? A friendly place with good staff. The owner works hard to put the service well above other bars in town. They have a simple, but well rounded menu. The patrons, both Taiwanese and foriegn are friendly and relaxed. This is a great place to meet people from all walks of life. Tuesday and Friday all you can drink for $NT300. See you there!

A friendly, extremely unpretentious, cheap, relaxed and open bar for easy drinking, eating, mixed conversation and music. Despite the cockroaches, the musty smell, the indoor weather conditions (reminiscent of the ancient Chinese drip torture), the loveable but potty-mouthed-burned-out-former-bed-buddy-has-been servers and shell-shocked bathrooms... THIS PLACE WORKS! Here, the owner's knowledge and experience mirrors the clientel; it's vast, varied and includes foreign and local alike. This place is clearly a Rock'n Roll bar and if it were anywhere else, would have Harley's parked outside. But instead, at its doorstep is an overabundance of impassable scooters parked by guys who dream of one day owning an HD motorbike. The pizza is perhaps the best thing on the menu, and the chicken wings come close. And it's the prices that really impress people here, often leaving even loud and half-drunk patrons to turn and politely say, "Excuse me but, I think you must have undercharged me?". Easy walking distance from major international hotels only adds to one of Kaohsiung's most interesting foreigner bars.

A good place to hang out with your friends. It's got a relaxed atmosphere, and you don't feel like you need to dress up before you go there.

The food's not bad, and the staff is friendly.
